Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your MajorWave order.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos if applicable.

Because many MajorWave items are made to order, we do not guarantee returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or general preference unless otherwise stated.

If an approved issue is confirmed, we will work to provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
